Before you dismiss it as some kind of fancy Chinese dancing, consider how difficult it is to send a grown man flying in a way that graceful so as to make said man (victim?) seem weightless. Look, ma, no wires!

    The problem with these demo videos is that they’re too choreographed and never done with full resistance. Therefore moves that look effective may not be effective at all. It all depends on power.

    The first video is mostly standard qinna moves, but shows good basics such as moving to the outside in order to avoid danger.

    The second movie the user appears to have a background in wushu. You can see he uses Kao,Lu, and An, but it takes him too long to wind up his energy. He lacks some key fundamentals of tai chi such as Zhan, Lian, Nian, Sui.
